Eva with snagged flathead11 viewsOur first fish (snagged) caught from our Kayak, using a hand reel. The lure's hook snagged the side of this little fella as we dragged the line behind us. It ripped open his side pretty bad, so we had him for dinner, just cooked him in the pan with a bit of oil - he was fantastic eating. He survived the trip back squeezed under a couple of bungy cords, but not before he had bitten me a few times and gotten the second hook on the lure stuck into his tail too. A feisty fish, very feisty and tasty! YUM!
